His Only One
Lord, everywhere I can imagine being, You are there. It’s staggering to think of the breadth and depth of Your Presence throughout the universe. Wondrous to conceive the reach of Your being. Marvelous to know I am one infinitesimal speck among the vast numbers of Your living creations, You love me as if I am the only one.
One with You
Lord, may nothing separate me from You today. Help me walk by the word and not my feelings. Protect me from my own careless thoughts, words, and actions. Remind me to embrace what comes my way as an opportunity, not a personal inconvenience. Teach me to keep my heart pure and undivided. Bring me together as One with you today, oh my Lord. Amen
You. Me. One.
God, inhabit all my moments. Live inside of me. Guide me. Grace my thoughts, words, and behavior with Your goodness. Let me feel You in deep breathing, let me know You with every exhale. You. Me. One.
Tonight, God Watches
Watch Dear Lord with those who wake, or watch, or weep tonight. And let your angels protect those who sleep, tend the sick, refresh the weary, sustain the dying, calm the suffering, pity the distressed. We ask this for the sake of Your love. Amen

Eloquence
God, I thank You for helping me to accept that Your holiness is here to cover me, that You do not expect me to impress you with an eloquence that implies spiritual genius. I simply bring myself just as I am – open, honest, ready. Amen
Destiny Waits
Lord, sometimes I just don’t get it. Parse it out for me with patience and persistence. I am, ready to receive the word. I am at the crossroads waiting for that clear calling. You’ve shown me that You have dominion over all the earth: take me where destiny waits.
